Payment Policy

For our online store, Martin’s Pretzels Bakery accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The entire ordering system is 100% secure and security encryption is utilized. Your credit card will automatically be billed upon placement of your order. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders as a method of payment on Internet orders. After processing of your order, we do remove your credit card details from our system.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, address, email address, credit card information and phone number. We use this information to process your orders. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product requested by the customer.

Shipping Policy

All prices shown include all shipping, handling, and any related taxes. Shipping time for most orders will be 1-3 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays. Most orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 2 – 7 business days for shipping.

Return/Refund Policy

We care about your satisfaction as our customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we sell is carefully inspected before being shipped to your door, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full merchandise refund within 15 days of receipt. If you need to return an item, please call 717-859-1272 for assistance. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and include an invoice. Unless we determine the product to be defective as a result of the manufacturer or our error, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, your credit card is automatically charged. If for some reason you need to cancel the order, please call our office at 717-859-1272 for assistance in canceling your order or for help in determining what procedures must be taken to correct your order.
